Used to come in to the shop when I lived in Torquay but now I live in birmingham still get my ink from them, my dad even does now as he can get his at nearly half the price his local company were selling at. I would love to give more than just 5stars, but without the lovely people in this fantastic shop,than I wouldn't be able to get back into drawing...the staff have always been very welcoming and friendly, I've even emailed them loads of time and they have always answered and help me with my inquiry...A lady called GEMMA has always responded with my emails,and so so helpful...I love going into this shop as they always help me out in whatever I'm looking for...they have even ordered a Derwent drawing set in for me of which I am very appreciate it,very much...I would give without delt 1000 out of 10..... A very very big THANK YOU AGAIN and I wouldn't hesitate to ask again for help....and would very much be glad to go back for items.....Mr Desmond Townsend
