Sea Front, Torbay Rd, Torquay TQ2 6NT, UK – 01803 296677
Fabulous stay. Wonderful staff offering great customer service. Had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely (if a little expensive) but very good quality ingredients. Hotel is a little tired but still perfectly acceptable. We had a compact double and to our surprise we enjoyed a sea view. Parking can be an issue but for a small fee you can park in the large railway station just across the road (although there is allocated parking it is very busy). Reception staff are very helpful with any parking issues. Breakfast is included in the room rate and I can't fault it - tasty and a lot of it. Highly recommend this hotel.
We came here for our evening meal as our hotel was having problems in the kitchen. Have to say I was very impressed. The hotel itself lived up to its name, the staff were first class and the food was exceptional. We didn't stay here but we'll definitely be considering it in the future. Very impressed with what we saw.

This used to be the Grosvenor as in ' The Hotel' run by Mark Jenkins. My review if for that not the new hotel. Really good friendly helpful staff. Great outdoor pool with large patio sun lounge area. Adjacent outdoor kids play area. Excellent breakfasts. Large rooms. Indoor basement pool very small, there is also a gym. Family and senior citizen guests. Path at bottom of gardens to the sea front and gardens.
Great hotel for what we needed, huge rooms, dog friendly, close to the beach and has a pool. Parking was a little tricky but the hotel didn't charge us as there were no spaces left when we arrived. The breakfast is table service which is a nice touch and all the staff are friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Our dog Wellington was warmly welcomed too and the room we were given had its own door outside so he could pop out if he needed too. All-in-all a great hotel for the price.

Good pub and restaurant in beautiful surroundings. Nice range of beers and a good choice of food from the menu. Friendly staff rounded off the whole experience. Can get busy so would advise booking a table in the restaurant.
Lovely venue, and staff were great. Food was good, not the best I have had but still good. I was amazed how busy it was but that's a sign of a good pub.

I've been visiting this chain of Pubs for many years. The Ship is usually lovely. Of all my memorable steaks I've had 3 of the top 4 have been from here. Good staff, comfortable surrounds. Excellent food at a great price. I look forward to visiting again soon.
Comfortable. Friendly staff and good food at good prices.
Village Rd, Marldon, Paignton TQ3 1SL, UK – 01803 558279
Lovely food good beer and friendly staff. More aimed at an adult market which suits me fine. Well worth a visit, if only for the food.
Went for a family meal Easter Sunday. Really impressed with all of our meals, meat was cooked to perfection as were the vegetables. I thought considering the quality the prices were reasonable. They’ve definitely found some new customers! Lovely atmosphere upstairs, possibly too many stairs for older customers. A little gem in beautiful surroundings:)

Excellent location 2nd year visiting. Clean tidy well maintained. Excellent facilities. Projector a nice touch in cherry cottage. Pool was warm (solar heating) due to hot weather. Only minor negative was the horseflies attacking us. But not the owners fault.
Amazing weekend. Owners are super friendly, they even posted my forgotten flipflop. House is absolutely beautiful, everything is gorgeous quality, beds super comfy, gorgeous countryside location. 100% recommended.

Great B&B in Torquay Hosts are wonderful, very friendly & know what they're doing. Slightly off the main drag of b&bs, so quiet, but walkable to the beach & town centre or there is a regular bus from outside the building. The room was Clean, tidy, good size with a comfortable bed. Usual facilities. Breakfast was wonderful, the cooked breakfast was not the usual cheap sausages & bacon one expects is such places but very good quality. Many other options along with a very nice looking fresh fruit bowl
A fantastic place to stay! Rooms are very nice, beds are ultra comfy and everything is exceptionally clean. They were very accommodating with our breakfast requests. Bob, Leslie and team clearly take pride in this place, highly recommended.

Ged and Claire are very nice and made us feel very welcome from when we arrived. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The personal touches they do are outstanding. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou both of you for making our stay perfect xx
Lovely quiet and clean b&b very close to the beach. Full english breakfast cooked very nice and lots of choice besides. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We will definatly return in the future.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Facilities were clean. To be fair the season was not starting until the following week. Bar looked good but was closed when we wanted to go in. Will have longer hours later. Our only complaint was our emplacement was covered in dog pooh which we did point out to the warden. So being so hot it smealt even tho we cleaned it up. Swimming pool looked clean too but we didnt use it
We loved this place it has everything you need for a family holiday. Pool, bar, shop, food take a way, we tried their home reared lamb which was excellent. Highly recommend widend its in a perfect spot for getting all around tobay and sightseeing. Staff are friendly and helpful we will definatly return.
Broadleigh Farm Caravan Park, Stoke Gabriel, Totnes TQ9 6PU, UK – 01803 782110
We've been returning to this site for a number of years now and have never had a bad experience there. The pitches are large and well spaced out and the facilities are always spotless. The grounds are maintained exceptionally and the flowers and hanging baskets are beautiful. The views over the hillside are also stunning. The prices are very reasonable too. Plus on top of that the farm produces the most amazing cider and they have recently started giving tours which I would highly recommend.
We had a nice flat pitch. Beautiful Clean toilets and free shower.... the only thing that was a pain was they parked the cider van in the gateway for a couple of days and we struggled getting our camper van in the gate... glad we didn't have a caravan. We wouldn't if got in. and some pitchs are quite hilly. They could do with some more electric box's as they are quite far apart and would need a very long lead to reach from some pitchs. Although it's not a bad site it's also not a great site. I don't think I would come again but it depends on what you want.
